An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Recovery Navigator to join their HOPE Team in Sheffield. This full-time role involves outreach activities aimed at supporting clients facing barriers to recovery. You will manage a diverse caseload, assist service users in accessing vital resources, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance community engagement. Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people from getting the support they need to live a life they value. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support.
We operate nearly 200 services across England, supported by approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers. Annually, our services assist around 125,000 people.
Integrating two large organizations is complex and ongoing, which is why some roles are still branded under 'Humankind'. Full system integration is expected next year.
Full Time, Permanent position. 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Due to the nature of this role, the successful applicant must be able to travel to various services within the area.

Responsibilities include home visits for clients facing access barriers, supporting harm-reduction programs like needle exchange, responding to duty matters, and hosting community drop-in sessions to promote the service and foster engagement.
