Leeds City Council is seeking a Support Worker for our Short-Term Community Beds service across Recovery Hubs in Northwest Yeadon and East Leeds Seacroft. You will deliver practical, compassionate support to older people recovering after illness or hospital stay, helping them regain confidence and daily living skills.

Work with a friendly team and health and social care professionals to provide safe, person-centred care, including personal care, medications, appointments, and goal-oriented

Qualificações
