Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Worker for the Tameside Supported Housing service at Boston Bank House, Hyde. The role provides tenancy support, budgeting coaching and life skills to adults on their recovery journey within a 24/7 service.

We offer full training, a supportive team, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position follows a 37-hour week with on-call duties and a generous annual leave entitlement.

Formación

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
• We welcome applicants with understanding of mental health issues or lived experience of recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain tenancy and support independent living skills.
• Develop confidence and resilience through personalised support planning.
• Help with budgeting, cooking and household management.
• Assist access to work, education, volunteering and leisure opportunities in the community.
