Job summary

Phoenix Futures is seeking a Team Manager for the Sheffield Housing Service to lead a small team delivering high-quality, recovery-focused support to individuals across multiple sites in Sheffield. The role requires strong leadership, effective liaison with agencies, and a commitment to person-centered housing services.

The position is largely 9-5 with some flexibility and an on-call rota. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds with a genuine desire to help people transform their lives.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification is desirable, however not essential, relevant experience within substance misuse service and/or housing.
• Team managers in housing come from many different backgrounds and experiences.
• A genuine desire to support people to transform their lives, good interpersonal and listening skills, and commitment to development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, committed team delivering high quality, inclusive services.
• Provide one-to-one support to identify strengths and goals for recovery.
• Support access to training, education and community involvement to build recovery capital.
• Manage multiple sites and participate in on-call rota (remunerated).
