Job summary

Waythrough is hiring a Recovery Worker for the Tameside Supported Housing service in Boston Bank House, Hyde. The role involves supporting women in recovery, helping them maintain tenancy and build independent living skills within a 24/7, recovery-focused environment.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; the team values empathy, compassion and enthusiasm for helping others live safer, healthier lives. Rotation of shifts and on-call duties are part of the role.
