Change Grow Live in Croydon is seeking a dedicated Non-Opiate Recovery Coordinator to support individuals on their recovery journeys. You’ll work in a compassionate, values-led environment to help people access services, set goals and achieve lasting wellbeing outcomes.

As a Non-Opiate Recovery Coordinator, you'll help people affected by substances such as cocaine, cannabis, ketamine and other non-opiate drugs navigate their recovery journey with confidence. Through meaningful conversations, evidence-based interventions and strengths-based support, you'll empower individuals to make informed choices, reduce harm and achieve sustainable change.

The impact of this role extends beyond the individual. By helping people improve their health, wellbeing and independence, you'll contribute to stronger families, healthier communities and brighter futures.

The Details

Allowances: Outer London Weighting, pro rata

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines professional curiosity, resilience and compassion with a genuine commitment to improving lives.

You may already have experience within substance use services, mental health, social care, criminal justice, housing or other community-based support environments.
