Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator in Bromley for a 3-month locum contract within the Adults Multi-Disciplinary Team. The role focuses on case management, recovery planning, and delivering tailored interventions for individuals affected by substance misuse.

You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues to develop personalised recovery plans and monitor progress throughout the recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Experience as Recovery Coordinator within substance misuse services.
• Familiarity with Change Grow Live (CGL) is essential.
• Ability to manage complex caseloads and deliver person-centred interventions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial caseload of individuals affected by substance misuse.
• Develop personalised recovery plans with service users and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Deliver tailored support and interventions to aid recovery progress.
• Conduct regular assessments, reviews and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, support agencies and community organisations to provide holistic care.
• Deliver group sessions, workshops and peer support activities to encourage recovery.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience working as a Recovery Coordinator within substance misuse services.
• CGL Experience: Prior experience working with Change Grow Live (CGL) is essential.
• Case Management Skills: Experience managing complex caseloads and delivering person-centred interventions.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of substance misuse, recovery models, harm reduction, and safeguarding procedures.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Partnership Working: Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partner agencies.
• Organisational Skills: Strong time management and case recording skills within a busy service environment.
