Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to join the Armly Active Team, supporting adults in treatment for opiate use. You will manage a caseload, develop personalised recovery plans and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.

Based at Armly Court, you will collaborate with prescribing clinicians and partner agencies to help access healthcare, housing and employment opportunities, aiming for safer, healthier outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a caseload in health, social care or substance use services.
• Experience or knowledge of supporting people affected by alcohol/drugs, especially opiate dependence.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adults in opiate use treatment, develop and review recovery plans.
• Complete triage, screening and assessments tailored to individual needs.
• Build therapeutic relationships that encourage engagement and sustained recovery.
• Coordinate care with prescribing clinicians and partner agencies to provide integrated support.
• Help access healthcare, housing, employment, family support and community resources.
• Maintain records using SystmOne; document recovery plans, safeguarding and risk management.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive multidisciplinary team.
