Phoenix Futures is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to support adults in the criminal justice system with complex needs. This role involves case management, advocacy, and collaboration with various services to ensure effective recovery pathways. The ideal candidate will have experience in substance misuse or mental health, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Futures Together are seeking an experienced practitioner to undertake a Recovery Coordinator role within Essex (working primarily in the Basildon area). You will be part of a wider community team who work with adults within the criminal justice system who have multiple and complex needs across the County of Essex.
We are looking for individuals with experience of working within the substance misuse sector or healthcare profession to fulfill a range of tasks from case management to care navigation, advocacy, and multi-agency working. You will need to be passionate about recovery and working with clients to support, motivate, and manage them to access a wide variety of services. You must have good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to use your own initiative when required and to manage your time independently.

To join us as a Recovery Coordinator, you will need:
Experience of creating person-centred care plans and/or timetables based on identified needs would be advantageous, as would experience of partnership working, liaising with community and criminal justice services, and developing reintegration and resettlement plans.
