Job summary

WithYou in Cornwall is seeking a Recovery Worker to join the adult community team in Liskeard. You will help clients determine goals and create tailored treatment plans while working with in-house services to provide high-quality support.

The role requires a driving licence with access to a vehicle, is full-time (37.5 hours, Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays), and offers a starting salary of £28,000 plus a £1,000 allowance, with progression through pay bands.

Qualifications

• ONC/NVQ level 3 attained or willing to achieve within 12 months
• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or similar
• Experience with people who have experienced substance misuse
• Driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• Team player with good communication
• IT competence
• Flexible with working hours
• Willing to cover other With You locations
