Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting a Hub Caseworker – Recovery Work Substance Misuse in Canning Town, Greater London. The role is a 6‑month contract, full-time, with potential extension and £22.00 per hour.

You will manage a caseload of service users, carry out assessments, deliver brief interventions, and coordinate with healthcare, housing, and welfare services. The position requires GCSE English and Maths and preferably NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with ongoing CPD in recovery and

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of service users in drug/alcohol recovery.
• Conduct assessments, recovery planning, and reviews.
• Deliver brief interventions and harm reduction advice.
• Assist service users with healthcare, housing, and welfare access.
• Monitor engagement and escalate safeguarding concerns when needed.
