Optical Express in the UK is seeking a friendly, professional receptionist to join our team in a busy retail environment. You will cover the reception, manage calls, take messages, and provide administrative support to the Manager while ensuring world-class patient service.

Hours are 40 per week with Saturday work; travel between Oxford and Milton Keynes is required. The role offers opportunities within a global organisation that values confidentiality, integrity and exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

• Covering the reception area, maintaining a priority for incoming calls at all times
• Take clear and concise messages
• Communicating all messages promptly and accurately
• Provide administrative support to the Manager
• Maintain stationery stocks and oversee the ordering of new supplies
• General reception duties as and when required
