Job summary

Optical Express, the UK's leading eye care provider, seeks a friendly Receptionist for its Exeter clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, messages and admin support in a busy retail environment.

The role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills; you will deliver high standards of service and contribute to a world-class patient experience while working 40 hours per week. Competitive salary from £26,500.

Responsibilities

• Cover the reception area with priority for incoming calls at all times.
• Take clear and concise messages.
• Communicate all messages promptly and accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the Manager.
• Maintain stationery stocks and oversee ordering of new supplies.
• General reception duties as required.
