Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator £30,000 - £31,000 + Excellent Benefits City of London - Temple / Blackfriars | Fully Office-Based | 9am-6pm

Are you a confident and professional individual with a passion for delivering outstanding client service? Our client, a leading property management firm with stunning City-based offices, is seeking a Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator to join their team.

This is a high-profile, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth front-of-house experience in a busy, modern building. You'll also assist with pop-up events and client engagement initiatives, making this a dynamic and rewarding opportunity.

The Role:
  1. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff
  2. Managing a busy reception desk in a high-end corporate environment
  3. Supporting events and engagement activities for clients in the building
  4. Liaising with building users and stakeholders to ensure excellent service
  5. Providing administrative support and working collaboratively with a small, close-knit team
About You:
  • Experience in a professional reception, hospitality, or high-end retail role (1-2 years minimum)
  • Outstanding communication skills and a polished, professional manner
  • Highly organised, proactive, and client-service focused
  • Ambitious, reliable, and keen to build a long-term career
  • Candidates on Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visas at the start of their term will be considered, provided relevant experience is in place
