Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day coordination of a busy office and showroom environment
  • Professional front-of-house support for clients and international colleagues
  • Office readiness checks, meeting setup, and hospitality arrangements
  • Handling logistics, deliveries, and coordination with warehouse teams
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock for multiple UK sites
  • Support with staff events, training sessions, and sample sales
  • Inbox management and general team support
  • Promoting a safe, clean, and well-run working environment

About you:

  • A warm, approachable personality with strong organisational skills
  • Experience in office coordination, front-of-house, or facilities support
  • Confidence in juggling multiple requests and maintaining high standards
