Hand Picked Hotels’ Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa in Redhill seeks a full-time Receptionist (Live-In) to deliver personalised guest experiences. You’ll welcome guests, support the Front Office team, and ensure high standards across the spa and dining areas, contributing to memorable stays.

The role offers a £13.50/hour base rate plus service charge, 28 days holiday, and live-in accommodation with meals and bills included, plus progression opportunities within a renowned luxury hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four/five star hotel.
• Excellent guest-facing service and communication skills.
• Proactive, friendly and able to support a dynamic team.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and create personalised experiences from arrival.
• Assist Front Office team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Support in coordinating spa and dining experiences for guests.
• Uphold brand standards and handle guest requests with care.
• Assist with reservations and guest communications as needed.
