Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Reception Supervisor for Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa with live-in accommodation. Location is Redhill, Surrey. Salary starts at £14.80 per hour plus service charge and excellent colleague benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with personalised service.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure smooth, seamless check-in/out.
• Lead and support the reception team, promoting accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety on shift.
• Assist with live-in duties as required and manage weekend rota.
