Holiday Inn Leicester is seeking a friendly Front Office Assistant to join our team. You will greet guests, answer questions and provide information about services, facilities and the local area, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth first impression.
You will be the hotel face for guests staying on-site and those visiting restaurants, bars and meeting rooms. Flexible shifts, weekend work and full training are available to support your hospitality career.

First impressions are everything and you willset the tone for every guest’s stay.With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be ableto offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.
You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guest visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
