Job summary

Park Hyatt London River Thames, the first Hyatt property in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.

The ideal candidate has luxury-front-office experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills. Attractive benefits accompany this full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and verify their booking details.
• Perform the check-in process efficiently, providing room keys and information about the hotel facilities.
• Handle the check-out process, including billing, payments, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
• Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to meet guest needs and requests.
