Job summary

Oaklands Hospital in Salford is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Front of House to provide a warm welcome to patients and visitors. You will manage patient enquiries, guide them on procedures, and support both Reception and Outpatient Departments with admin tasks.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a busy clinical environment. NHS/private patient mix experience is beneficial, with options for flexible shifts and on-site work.

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

The hospital has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for patients with health insurance, patients who are self-funding treatment or NHS patients exercising choice through the e-referral system.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a experienced Receptionist/Front of House to join our Oaklands Hospital.

You will be a friendly welcoming face to our Hospital and will ensure that our patients have a positive customer experience when visiting. You will deal with all patient enquiries and provide advice or guidance on the patient procedure during their appointment. There will also be admin duties that form part of the role as well as answering calls and passing on information to a busy clinical support team. You will also provide administration support to both Reception and Outpatient Departments.
