You will greet guests, check them in and out, answer questions in person, on the phone and by email, and work closely with a friendly team to deliver memorable moments. Experience is not essential, but a can-do attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience is not essential, but an eagerness to do well is.
• Comfortable working in a team and on own initiative.
• Capable of using computers and different systems.
• Proactively answer guests questions in person, on the phone and by email.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests at reception.
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently.
• Answer queries via phone, email and in person and handle basic admin tasks.
