Job summary

Berkley Care Group is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the home in Royal Leamington Spa. You will greet visitors, handle phone and email inquiries, and support administrative tasks to help the Home Administrator.

The role emphasizes a warm, compassionate approach, strong interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail to present the home well during tours and show rounds.

Responsibilities

• Input data and keep systems updated; handle postal duties and document production.

Do you have the following?:

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people
• Attention to detail to present the home well and make a good first impression, including during show rounds for prospective residents and their families
• Strong organisational and administrative skills to support the Home Administrator with tasks such as inputting data, ensuring systems are updated, postal duties and document production
• Good customer service skills, including in person, over the phone and via email
