About the Role

Your main responsibility as a receptionist will be to provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, along with a range of administrative duties.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Answering the telephone, responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages accordingly.
  • Completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
  • Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are upheld.
