Avery Healthcare is hiring a Receptionist at Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The role focuses on delivering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact and providing a range of administrative services within the home.

You will be responsible for answering calls, directing inquiries, managing messages, and supporting the General Manager with admin tasks while helping maintain a welcoming reception area for residents, families, and visitors.

• Positive, friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Experience with problem solving and handling client complaints.

Responsibilities

• Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages.
• Completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
• Maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.

About The Role
