We are seeking a part-time experienced Receptionist based at our Care Home in Harrogate.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering telephone calls, redirecting calls, handling queries, and taking messages
• Opening and distributing incoming mail
• Preparing invoices for posting
• Frank mailing
• Performing other administrative functions as required
• Occasional trips to the post office
• Making beverages for the team
