Receptionist - Harbour Healthcare

Contract Type: Bank

Hourly Rate: £12.37

Are you ambitious? Do you want something different? Are you seeking new energy?

We are looking for an experienced part-time Receptionist to join our team at the Care Home in Harrogate.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering telephone calls, redirecting calls, handling queries, and taking messages
• Greeting visitors and answering the door
• Managing incoming mail, including opening, distributing, and frank mailing
• Placing invoices into envelopes for posting
• Occasional trips to the Post Office
• Making beverages for the team
• Performing other administrative functions as required
