You will play an important part in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring enquiries are handled effectively and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in, safeguarding and visitor procedures.
Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate member of staff.
Providing a professional and helpful service to students, parents, staff and external agencies.
Managing deliveries, post and parcels, ensuring items are recorded and distributed appropriately.
Maintaining accurate records and updating information on school systems.
Supporting general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence and office administration.
Ensuring reception areas, displays and information points remain welcoming, accurate and up to date.
