About the role:
This is a Front of House and administration role, well suited to someone with a passion for customer service who can be the 'face of the school' and provide a professional/positive first impression and support to all visitors, parents, pupils, and staff. You will also provide important administrative support. You will need to be unflappable, calm under pressure and enthusiastic in holding yourself and others to our high standards.
Life at our School:
Ark Byron Primary Academy is a two-form entry primary school that opened in September 2015 and currently has 420 pupils across seven-year groups from Reception to Year 6. Our community is already very strong, and we are fortunate to have an extremely committed and supportive parent body. The diversity of our student body is a source of pride to us, celebrating all backgrounds and cultures.
As a member of staff at Ark Byron, you will be part of Ark, an international charity and one of the UK's most successful multi-academy trusts, with a network of 39 schools across the country.
How to apply:
Please visit https://arkbyron.org/jobs/vacancies and submit an application form. We will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis and this advert may close earlier than advertised depending on the level of response. Early application is strongly encouraged.

Ark is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people in its academies. In order to meet this responsibility, its academies follow a rigorous selection process to discourage and screen out unsuitable applicants.
Ark requires all employees to undertake an enhanced DBS check. You are required, before appointment, to disclose any unspent conviction, cautions, reprimands or warnings under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975. Non-disclosure may lead to termination of employment. However, disclosure of a criminal background will not necessarily debar you from employment - this will depend upon the nature of the offence(s) and when they occurred.
We aim to build a diverse and inclusive organisation where everyone – staff and students – can do their best work and achieve their full potential. We want to reflect and represent diverse perspectives across our organisation because we know that doing so will make us stronger and more effective.
