Green Oaks Primary Academy invites applications for a welcoming receptionist/administrative support role. You will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors, providing friendly, efficient front-of-house and clerical support to the office and staff.

The postholder, under the direction and supervision of their line manager, will provide a professional, welcoming, and efficient reception, clerical, and administrative support service to the Academy.
As the first point of contact for many visitors, the postholder will play a key role in creating a positive and friendly environment, ensuring that all pupils, parents, staff, visitors, and stakeholders feel valued, supported, and well-informed.
Experience and knowledge of an education environment and the use of Arbor or other pupil management systems, is desirable.
