Manor Drive Secondary Academy in Peterborough is seeking a front of house administrator to be the first point of contact for parents, students and visitors. The role is busy, requiring confidence, integrity and good ICT skills with a professional demeanor and presence.
This is a permanent position for 37 hours per week, term time plus 10 days (including 5 staff training days). The academy offers a supportive team environment and DBS disclosure is required.

Hours per week: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday - Thursday 8am-4.15pm, Friday 8.10am-3.30pm
Lunch: 40 minutes unpaid
Grade: Grade 5 Point 5
Actual Salary: £23,210 per year

The role is very busy and fast paced. Strong personal qualities such as confidence, integrity and presence are sought in addition to good ICT skills. Consistent and effective communication is required together with the ability to use own initiative. Successful candidates will have a professional demeanour and excellent personal presentation. There will be a requirement to be flexible with a willingness to do what is required to support the Manor Drive team.
