The role involves working 30 hours per week as a receptionist and administrator in an NHS general practice surgery, Spring Grove Medical Practice, Thornbury Road Health Centre, Isleworth TW7 4HQ.

The receptionist role involves assisting patients face-to-face, by phone, and online; liaising with hospital departments, interpreter services, transport services, etc.
The administrative role involves processing messages by phone, fax, and email; handling repeat prescription requests; data entry onto computers; contacting patients to arrange special appointments, etc.
We are a training practice for GP registrars, clinical pharmacists, etc. Our premises consist of a spacious and modern health centre. We have 7,500 registered patients with a diverse community. Our team includes 4 doctors and trainees. We use EMIS Web (now called Optum) clinical software.
Working 30 hours/week, spread over Monday to Friday, with plenty of overtime opportunities. The working hours are:
