The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors and will play an important role in supporting both clinical and administrative functions within the practice.
This role requires flexibility to work across our two surgery sites in Purley and Coulsdon, with the ability to provide cover for colleagues during annual leave, sickness and other absences when required.
Receiving, assisting and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
Providing general assistance to the practice team and projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
We are a suburban two branch practice, with approx 18,000k patients. We have a large team comprised of doctors, pharmacists, ANPs, paramedic, nurses, physio, HCAs, admin and reception.
We are a teaching practice that trains pharmacists, medical students and GP registrars and are proud to offer excellent healthcare to the residents of Purley and Coulsdon.
