We have an excellent permanent opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our West Leicestershire Community Neighbourhood Mental Health Team within the directorate of Adult Mental Health. This is a full-time role to cover 9-5 Monday to Friday. Full time hours are 37.5 hours a week. Although full time hours are offered, we are happy to consider a job share which, for example, may consist of one person working in the morning and the other in the afternoon The Team provides comprehensive support to older adults with mental health problems. And consists of nurses; medics; Occupational Therapists and Psychologists. As an Administration Assistant the West Leicestershire Team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration service to a specific area of the mental health team which will include supporting a clinical team, mainly by providing front of house cover to Main Reception, greeting a variety of people which could include other Health Service disciplines; Patients; carers; relatives and Contractors. You will need to be quick thinking yet operate within Trust Policies and guidelines.
