We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, friendly candidate to join our reception team in Scunthorpe to provide a comprehensive administration and reception service to a busy primary care mental health team.
Previous experience of working in the NHS or other large public sector organisation and using an electronic records system i.e. SystmOne would be an advantage.
This post would suit a highly motivated, organised, and friendly individual with excellent administrative/reception experience, good attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. The successful candidate will undertake many duties alongside working on the service main reception.
This includes greeting service users and visitors, dealing with general enquires both face to face and over the telephone, booking clinic rooms, managing email accounts, general administrative duties such as checking deliveries, sorting the post, data input, processing referrals into the service, maintaining clinic diaries, management of medical records and related documents, building duties and working with clinicians and the management team to ensure quality service delivery.
There is a requirement to attend training at other sites in Doncaster and there will be a requirement to cover reception duties in other areas in the surrounding locality where clinics are held.
