Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of Clerical Officer/Receptionist within our health centres. As a member of the administration team you will ensure a high quality reception and efficient administration service is provided to staff and patients. This post is based at Park House but the post holder will also be required to work at other bases in the immediate area and other sites across Nottinghamshire.
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.
You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
Main duties of the jobYou will be required to have good written and verbal communication skills as the role entails liaising with staff, clients and other agencies at all levels. You may be required to work at other health centres across the county so ability to travel a necessity.
