Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a friendly receptionist in Worcester to greet members, manage queries and bookings, and maintain a pristine reception area in line with brand standards. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a premium experience both face-to-face and by phone.

Ideal candidates will have a customer-service mindset, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing receptionist role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
