Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Warrington is seeking a Receptionist to provide a welcoming reception and support administration for our Retirement Community at Ryfields Village. The role offers a values-driven environment within a not-for-profit, with opportunities to help residents and families daily.

You will join a compassionate team, delivering high standards of service, while developing skills and benefiting from our training and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Understanding the needs of older people.
  • Confident communication and customer care skills.
  • Basic IT skills, including Word, Excel, email, and internet use.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming and efficient reception service.
  • Support an effective administration service and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to service issues and complaints with high customer service standards.
  • Resolve enquiries promptly or arrange support and keep customers informed.
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external customers and contribute to projects.

Your role
  • Provide a welcoming and efficient reception service that supports the day to day needs of the business
  • Support an effective administration service, including maintaining accurate records in line with Group processes
  • Respond positively to service issues and complaints to help deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
  • Resolve enquiries promptly or arrange appropriate support, keeping customers informed throughout
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external customers and contribute to projects that support the Group’s values and objectives
  • Experience of working in a customer service or administrative role
  • Understanding of the needs of older people
  • Experience of resolving issues and finding practical solutions
  • Confident communication and customer care skills
