Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an administrative and reception assistant to support a dedicated site within Northamptonshire. The role focuses on locality-based administration to help clinics run smoothly and ensure positive patient experiences.
You will provide routine admin support, handle data entry, assist with appointment bookings, and contribute to service improvements as part of a small admin team.
The Adult Community Services (ACS) care pathway provides a range of clinical specialist teams within several sites across Northamptonshire. This post will support the delivery of administration and reception services for a dedicated site within Northamptonshire.
The main role is to provide locality-based administration support, including reception cover where required, as part of a team that supports the delivery of several clinical services based in this locality. This role plays an important role in the smooth running of clinics and providing positive patient experiences.
Please note this is a part time role for 18.75 hours per week. Working days will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. (Subject to Change)
