United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in Lincoln is seeking an Administrative/Clerical Receptionist (Band 2) to provide frontline reception and clerical support across therapy services. The role involves organising appointments, handling enquiries, and maintaining patient information with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent qualification/experience or NVQ Level 2 in relative subject, i.e. Customer Care skills or Administration (or equivalent qualification).
  • CLAIT or European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a customer care or office environment.
  • Knowledge or experience of NHS working.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be accurate and pay attention to detail.

Within Therapies we have an opportunity for a Administrative/Clerical Receptionist to join a 20+ strong administrative team across four main therapy departments. The job involves supporting therapy services to maintain Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy departments out puts across the sites.

Lincoln Hospital is a thriving university city and with the opening of the medical school, it provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service.

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust has been granted teaching hospital status, after demonstrating evidence to significant teaching commitment. From now on it will be known as United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Pilgrim Hospital is situated in beautiful countryside and serves the communities in the South Lincolnshire area. It provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service.

Grantham and District Hospital serves the communities of Grantham and the local area. It provides ambulatory paediatric and accident and emergency services.

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
