Lochgreen House Hotel in Troon seeks a Receptionist to join the team. You are the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, using the booking system, upselling and answering queries by phone or face to face.

The role is part of the RAD Hotel Group family. Ideal candidates have customer service or reception experience, excellent communication, a friendly, professional demeanor, strong IT and organisational skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or reception experience would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
• Strong IT and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and assisting guests at reception, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Answering calls and responding to enquiries from prospective customers and guests, taking messages where required.
• Managing the hotel booking system, including checking guests in and out and processing payments.
• Assisting guests with requests and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
• Working closely with other departments and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Maintaining a professional and organised reception area at all times.

We are looking for Receptionist to join the team at Lochgreen House Hotel in Troon. The role is the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel, so ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience is key. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, using our booking system effectively, up-selling and answering guest queries both face to face and over the phone.

Part of the award-winning, family-owned RAD Hotel Group, Lochgreen House Hotel is a beautiful country house hotel set within stunning grounds in Troon. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences through our dedicated team and commitment to high standards. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team and contribute to the continued success of the hotel.
