Job summary

mydentist in Tonypandy is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our on-site front desk team. You will welcome patients and callers, manage appointments, and help keep the practice organized while delivering excellent service during a busy day.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–8pm, with one Saturday per month. You’ll be based on site, with a supportive team, competitive pay from £12.97 per hour, and benefits including holidays, wellbeing support, and training

Your future, as a Receptionist at mydentistYou’ll be joining us at our Tonypandy practice, CF40 1AL. As a Receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice and by managing phone calls to our front desk.The working pattern for this role is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm. A Saturday is included currently once a month.
