Job summary

mydentist Buckshaw Village is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome patients in person and on the phone, ensuring appointments run smoothly and information is shared clearly. You will be based on-site at Buckshaw Village, PR7 7HZ, with hours 8:30–17:30, Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Job description

You'll be joining us at our Buckshaw Village practice, PR7 7HZ. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face-to-face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk. The working pattern for this role is full-time, working Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 17:30, with Saturday availability. As a receptionist, you'll be based on site in our practice, so working from home is not possible.

Our practice offers 5-surgery practice Supportive and experienced team. The practice has good transport routes, just an 8-minute walk from the Main Street bus stop and a 9-minute walk from the Buckshaw Parkway Train Station. Parking is available.
