PortmanDentex in Southampton is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join the welcoming front desk of Southampton Orthodontic Centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments and helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

This full‑time role runs Monday to Friday with varied start times, and offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.88. You will be part of a close‑knit team dedicated to patient care.

• Previous front of house Reception experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting.
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised.
• Great communication skills with a passion for delivering great service and building relationships.

• Mondays 8.55am - 7pm, Tuesdays 8.55am - 5.30pm, Wednesdays & Thursdays 11am - 7pm & Fridays 8.55am - 5pm

About You

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
