Job summary

Portman Dental Care in Bromley is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join Hayes Dental Surgery's welcoming team. You will greet patients, answer phones, book appointments and help shape every patient’s experience.

We offer an attractive hourly rate of £13, with a pattern of Monday to Saturday shifts, including alternating Saturdays and late Thursdays, plus parking. Join our close-knit team delivering care for Bromley’s best patients.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house receptionist experience (ideally within healthcare).
• Positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised.
• Great communications skills with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Book and manage appointments and maintain the reception area.
• Support the team by coordinating cleaning, waiting times and patient flow.
