PortmanDentex is hiring a Receptionist for Southampton Orthodontic Centre. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with a competitive hourly rate of £12.88, based at Southampton. Join a close-knit team delivering patient-focused dental care in a welcoming practice.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house reception experience in a dental/healthcare setting preferred.
• Positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk duties.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments where appropriate.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and assist team as needed.
