Job summary

PortmanDentex is recruiting a friendly Receptionist for Southampton Orthodontic Centre. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greet visitors, answer calls and manage appointment bookings in a busy dental reception.

We offer a full-time schedule with Monday to Friday shifts and a competitive hourly rate of £12.88. The team is close-knit and dedicated to delivering high-quality dental care in Southampton.

About You

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
