We are seeking a receptionist on a part time basis of 18 hours per week, based in our Southport office.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock i.e. franking machine labels.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc. FSA Codes of Practice
  • Always operate within the guidelines required to comply with FSA requirements maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of such requirements. In addition to the above, provide support to your colleagues and manager by being a team player within the organisation. Provide guidance to colleagues requiring help & identify any personal training needs & draw these to the attention of your manager
