Stobo Castle Health Spa in Scotland is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly Reception team. You'll play a crucial role in welcoming guests, invoicing, and managing their needs during their stay.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our existing professional and friendly Reception team here at Stobo Castle Health Spa, Scotland’s only destination spa.

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests on arrival, attending to their needs throughout their stay, invoicing & collecting payments, banking and telephone enquiries.

Qualifications

Good communication and people skills, an excellent telephone manner, computer literate, and able to work to a high degree of accuracy.

Flexibility to cover holidays would also be beneficial.
