About The Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our Halton House Dental Clinic based in Paulton, Bristol. Our busy 3-surgery clinic is a mix of private and NHS services.

Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 08:00 - 17:15

During your induction, you'll receive further training and development to become a Patient Coordinator, offering excellent opportunities for progression. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

About You

You should be patient-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent service throughout the patient journey. Reliability, punctuality, and a warm, welcoming manner are essential. Customer service experience is required; experience in dental, medical, healthcare, or sales environments is highly beneficial.

Main Duties:

• Answering phones, responding to email inquiries, greeting patients
• Booking and managing dentist schedules and appointments
• Completing non-clinical tasks and maintaining accurate filing systems
• Ensuring excellent patient, colleague, and management experiences
• Adhering to dental regulatory and administrative guidelines
