Nottingham College is recruiting for a customer-facing role at its Basford campus. You’ll provide information and support to students and stakeholders, and help manage reception duties across campuses. The role requires flexibility to start at 8am and cover multiple sites, with a strong customer-first approach.

What you’ll do
You will have a wealth of experience in customer service, particularly within face to face environments. Being able to work independently and as part of a wider team, offering information and support to our customers including students, internal & external stakeholders . You will be flexible as you will be required to start work at 8am and cover reception services at other campuses . You will champion the “customer first” approach.
